Users are strictly prohibited from recording, screen capturing, or distributing lecture videos and course materials under the Desim Studios name. Any unauthorized distribution or misuse of our content will be detected, and legal action will be taken under Indian law against piracy.
Privacy and Data Usage:
The personal information collected from users is solely used to provide access to our courses. We do not misuse or sell this information as per our business model and privacy policy.
Account Sharing and Reselling:
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their paid accounts with others or reselling our courses unofficially for profit. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access, and legal action may be pursued.
Encouraging Learning:
While we support students in learning valuable skills for their careers, we do not endorse sharing paid accounts or unauthorized selling of our courses. Encourage friends to purchase our affordable course individually (priced at just Rs. 2999) to support our efforts and maintain a healthy learning environment.
Modification of Terms:
Desim Studios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes through email or by prominent notice on our website.
1-to-1 Mentorship:
For personalized coaching or mentorship inquiries, users are encouraged to contact us via email at desimstudios@gmail.com. Fees for personalized coaching will be discussed and negotiated through email correspondence.
